Return Policy
At Dehleze, we strive to ensure a secure and fair shopping experience for our buyers while supporting our student vendors. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or missing, you are eligible to request a return—within 14 days of delivery. After this period, return requests will not be accepted.
Important Points Before Requesting a Return
Please read the following conditions carefully before initiating a return:
Return requests are subject to Dehleze’s return policy and vendor-specific terms.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Returns based on “change of mind” are not accepted.
All return requests must be approved by Dehleze support before the product is returned.
Returns sent without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Return Acceptance
You may request a return if:
The item is physically damaged, broken, defective, or water-damaged upon delivery.
You received the wrong product, size, color, or variation.
The delivered product is different from the one described or advertised on the Dehleze platform.
Note:
For used, thrift, or open-box items, the standard 14-day return policy applies.
For brand-new products, any visible damage (such as broken seal or visible defect) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted and processed efficiently, make sure:
You record a video of the package being opened (unboxing video) clearly showing the issue.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition as received.
All original accessories, manuals, tags, invoices, and freebies (if any) must be included.
The item is returned in its original packaging, with no tape or stickers applied to it.
Your return parcel clearly mentions the order number and return tracking ID.

A video showing the issue clearly (uploaded to Google Drive or another cloud service with a shareable link)
A separate video of the package being opened (flier + product box)
Wait for a return approval email before sending the product back.
Important Notice
Dehleze is a multivendor platform. Therefore, each vendor may have slightly different return rules for specific product categories (e.g., electronics, clothing, handmade items). In all cases, Dehleze support will guide you based on vendor policies.
